My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The room I was allocated on the ground floor was nice, and the master bed was lovely. The unique atmosphere made my stay memorable, despite the small size of the room. Having a window onto the canal added a charming touch to the experience. The service was extremely courteous and proactive, enhancing my overall enjoyment of the stay. The hotel's location was perfect – close to everything yet quiet, allowing me to enjoy historic surroundings and easy access to St Marks Square. The dining experience in the morning was plentiful and satisfying, catering well to travelers' needs. The facilities offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay, making it a good value for money.

The hotel had a fantastic location, being close to St Mark's Square and within walking distance of Santa Lucia station. The rooms were fairly furnished but small, and the staff were polite and friendly. However, cleanliness could have been better in the rooms, and the dining experience was not so good when we arrived late. The hotel was perfect for easily accessing major tourist spots but away from the noise and crowds.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was a good size with traditional decor and a view of the canal outside which added a novel touch. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist with recommendations and reservations. The location, in a 15th-century palace, was fantastic, just a short walk from St Marks Square but on a quieter canal. The dining experience was delightful with a large assortment of delicious food. Overall, a great value for the money.

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms, although a bit small for both of us and our luggage, offered a great concept with coffee on tap all day long and prosecco and snacks freely available in the evening. The view to the canal where we could watch gondoliers go by was a real treat. I loved the perfect blend of old palace charm and modern amenities at this hotel.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, away from the hustle and noise of large crowds but still within a nice walkable distance from St Zaccharia water station and very close to St Mark's Square. Being on a canal with a small bridge in an impressive very old building added to its charm. The proximity to both the water bus and St Mark's Square made it a brilliant choice.

The dining experience was basic but satisfactory. I appreciated the wide selection of breads, cakes, pastries, fruits, yogurt, eggs, bacon, and sausage. The homemade bread was a nice touch, even though more choices would have been welcomed.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, with excellent English-speaking skills, providing a considerate service. The location is superb, allowing easy access to all major attractions in Venice. The dining experience offers a wide selection of breakfast options, ensuring a good start to the day.

I couldn't have asked for a better hotel location! Just a short walk from San Marco Water Bus wharfs and the vibrant San Marco square, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat despite being at the center of all the action. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly proactive and courteous. While the dining options were a bit limited, the hotel's beautiful dining room and basic yet sufficient meals still made for a pleasant dining experience.
