My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The room I was allocated on the ground floor was nice, and the master bed was lovely. The unique atmosphere made my stay memorable, despite the small size of the room. Having a window onto the canal added a charming touch to the experience. The service was extremely courteous and proactive, enhancing my overall enjoyment of the stay. The hotel's location was perfect – close to everything yet quiet, allowing me to enjoy historic surroundings and easy access to St Marks Square. The dining experience in the morning was plentiful and satisfying, catering well to travelers' needs. The facilities offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay, making it a good value for money.

The hotel had a fantastic location, being close to St Mark's Square and within walking distance of Santa Lucia station. The rooms were fairly furnished but small, and the staff were polite and friendly. However, cleanliness could have been better in the rooms, and the dining experience was not so good when we arrived late. The hotel was perfect for easily accessing major tourist spots but away from the noise and crowds.

The location, in a 15th-century palace, was fantastic, just a short walk from St Marks Square but on a quieter canal. The dining experience was delightful with a large assortment of delicious food. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, with excellent English-speaking skills, providing a considerate service. The location is superb, allowing easy access to all major attractions in Venice. The dining experience offers a wide selection of breakfast options, ensuring a good start to the day.
